Be Heard and Be Sound.

We exist to set things right for people of all ages, races, genders, orientation, abilities and circumstance facing the immediate or imminent impacts of family violence.

For free and discreet trauma-informed counselling services and ongoing support, break the silence and take your first step out from crisis, or toward the transformational retooling of your existing relationship.

We’re here to help make you SAiF.

All we need to do is talk…

It’s time to talk as a community
and help set things right…

Abuse and neglect can happen to anyone in our community—and the more we fail to speak out, the more difficult speaking about it becomes. Help break the silence and allow yourself or others like you to take the first step toward healing and put the pieces into place for a better, more promising tomorrow.

The SAiF Society provides prevention strategies for healthy relationships, free counselling services, and additional supports for individuals and families as part of their healing journey.
