5 Week Support Group

This is a FREE support group offered for those looking for a safe space to learn about the many forms abuse can take, to ask questions, and to receive support from others who may have similar experiences.

Please note: This support group may be offered as women only, or to all gender groups depending on need. Further, this support group may also be open to Edmonton clients depending on availability.

5 Week Family Violence Support Group

This is a FREE support group offered for those who have experienced, or are in, abusive relationships and are in need of support and healing. Here you will meet with others who may have similar experiences to share and learn about such topics as the dynamics of power and control; Fight, Flight, Freeze, Fawn; communicating boundaries and consent; abuse and identity; and self care, healing, and overcoming.

Please note that these are small, all gender in-person groups facilitated by SAiF clinical staff, and that intakes are required.

4 Week Support Group

This is a FREE psycho-educational support group themed on a variety of topics so that participants are empowered to develop healthy relationship skills and behaviours.

Please note: This support group may be offered as women only, or to all gender groups depending on need. Further, this support group may also be open to Edmonton clients depending on availability.

Residents of St Albert, Sturgeon County, Parkland County and surrounding areas.

At this time, we are not able to provide counselling services to Edmonton residents.
