Youth Counselling

We offer youth (ages 12-17) a maximum of 10 sessions to work on such issues as safety planning, coping skills, reducing self harm behaviours, setting boundaries, and building resiliency.

Individual counselling is available to those who have EXPERIENCED or PERPETRATED family violence.

Please note: Informed consent from both parents/guardians is required for youth to receive counselling (limited exceptions apply.)

We gladly accept referrals from other organizations and medical professionals as well as individuals calling on behalf of themselves or a loved one. For Youth Counselling, please call us or fill out the form below to request a callback. We do our best to respond to voicemails and emails within two business days.
