Adult Counselling

We offer a maximum of 10 sessions per client to work on such issues as safety planning, coping skills, setting boundaries, building resiliency, and finding healing.

Individual counselling is available to those who have EXPERIENCED or PERPETRATED family violence.

Please note: We always have a duty to report to the proper authorities when we believe a child is in danger. We also ask for informed consent prior to phone consultation, and again prior to a full intake.

We gladly accept referrals from other organizations and medical professionals as well as individuals calling on behalf of themselves or a loved one. For Adult Counselling, please call us or fill out the form below to request a callback. We do our best to respond to voicemails and emails within two business days.
