Group Programs

SAiF group programs are available to residents of St Albert, Sturgeon County, Parkland County, and nearby rural communities. All group programs are FREE unless otherwise indicated.

Our group programs range from 1 day workshops to multiple week sessions. If you’ve experienced and/or witnessed family abuse, we’re happy to talk with you about programming options. When possible, gender specific groups may be available based on demand and preference. Most group programs are offered to adults (18+) unless otherwise indicated.

Please note: Not everyone may be ready for our group programs. When you call or email us, we will schedule an in-person or phone intake, depending on the group topic and type. All group programs are subject to an intake and informed consent process.

We gladly accept referrals from other organizations and medical professionals as well as individuals calling on behalf of themselves or a loved one. If you are looking for immediate resources, please view our resources page. If we are unable to take your immediate call, please leave a message or fill out the form below to request a callback. We do our best to respond to voicemails and emails within two business days.
